Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your items, you may return your items to us within 14 business days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Return Instructions:
- Email info@dalclothing.co.uk with the subject line “Refund”. Please clearly state your order number and items you wish to return, along with the reason for returning them.
- We will provide you a return address from there and ask that items are returned promptly.
It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping and ensure the products are returned safely, in order to guarantee your refund.

Please note: There is a No-refund Policy for Sale Items. However exchanges are welcome or the amount to be consider credit towards a future purchase. If a request is made for a set to be bought without inner (a set that doesn’t display that option already on website), then it will be considered as a sale item too, even if there’s no sale on it.
No refund and No Exchange Applies for the final sale of items, as stock is very limited. Final sales aren’t often, usually towards end of each year. The way to recognise a final sale is by going to Home Page and checking the banner that informs about the final sale. There is currently a final sale in November and December 2024.
RETURN POLICY - STORE ON 95 ILFORD LANE
We accept exchanges only at our store on Ilford Lane, and the exchange needs to be made within 14 days of receipt. If a customer is unable to exchange with either the size wanted (I.e. stock unavailable) or there is no suitable abaya from current collection, then there will be store credit issued to customer that they can use at anytime to allow them to find the item they like - new collections are available every 2 weeks.
