Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your items, you may return your items to us within 14 business days of receiving it.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Return Instructions:

  1. Email info@dalclothing.co.uk with the subject line “Refund”. Please clearly state your order number and items you wish to return, along with the reason for returning them.
  2. We will provide you a return address from there and ask that items are returned promptly.

It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping and ensure the products are returned safely, in order to guarantee your refund.

Please note: There is a No-refund Policy for Sale Items. However exchanges are welcome or the amount to be consider credit towards a future purchase.
